Order Shipping

Your order will be shipped within 1-3 days following your purchase (Fulfilled Mon - Sat).

Order cut off: 2:00 pm (GMT, London time)

Modifications and Cancellations

You have 12 hours after your order to request a modification, including the delivery address. Please carefully check your information when ordering.

Any order can be canceled within 12 hours after confirmation. After this period, your order will be in processing and can no longer be canceled. Contact us quickly if you are still within the timeframe.

In case of cancellation, a fee of 3% of the total amount (including shipping) will be applied to cover our transaction fees, with a minimum of $3,49 NZD.
