Return & Refund Policy (New Zealand)

1. Legal Withdrawal Period

At Artistika, you have 14 days from the delivery date (as confirmed by the carrier’s tracking) to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition, unworn, unused, and undamaged,
  • Accompanied by all original tags and packaging,
  • Submitted with a proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective items or order errors caused by Artistika.

3. Return Procedure

Before sending any item back, you must first:

  • Contact our customer service at info@artistika.com.au or via our contact form,
  • Provide your order number and reason for the return (e.g., defect, wrong size, change of mind).

Once your request is approved:

  • You will receive detailed return instructions,
  • You may either use your own shipping provider or request a prepaid label (fees apply).

Any return sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

4. Refunds & Store Credit

  • For a change of mind: a store credit valid for 12 months is issued by default,
  • If you request a refund, a restocking fee of $3,49 NZD will be deducted,
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable,
  • Refunds are processed within 10 days to your original payment method.

5. Damaged Items or Order Issues

You must notify us within 3 days of delivery if you receive:

  • A damaged item,
  • A defective item,
  • An incorrect order.

Without notification within this period, the order will be considered accepted.

6. Exceptions (Non-Returnable Items)

  • Customized or personalized items (special sizes, engravings),
  • Earrings or piercings (for hygiene reasons),
  • Gift cards.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, subject to a 3% cancellation fee (with a minimum of $3,49 NZD).
  • If our team has already manually processed your order (e.g., address correction), additional fees may apply or cancellation may be refused.

8. Liability Limitations

Our responsibility covers conformity and visible defects at the time of delivery.
Any damage occurring after 7 days (breakage, misuse, accidental damage) is the customer’s responsibility.
