CURRENT PROMOTIONS

Valid on all products in the store, can be different products (a necklace + a ring + a bracelet = one of the three free).

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- When will I receive my order?
Receiving and preparing your order takes about 48 business hours, then product delivery as well as shipping (free) require our team a timeframe of 6 to 14 business days.
The tracking code is available the day after the order, received by email used during the order.
Please use it to track your package.
We do everything possible to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, while guaranteeing exceptional quality service (product check before packaging, etc...).
Standard delivery is free for orders over 40€.
If the delay seems too long, contact us, we will be happy to reassure you about the progress of your order.
- Â I don't live in France, do you ship internationally?
We ship our products worldwide, although obviously, it may take longer than to France.
Delivery to Belgium and Switzerland takes about 9 to 14 business days.
Destinations outside the EU may be chargeable.
- I would like to return items, what is the procedure?
Our items undergo very strict quality checks before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defect, send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) by clicking here accompanied by your order number. To benefit from a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
Return is free in case of proven product defect (broken product, torn, ...).
A "comfort" return (pants bought too small for example, item you don't like) is at your expense. The procedure will be sent to you by email*.
*Return outside the European Union costs about 8€

We use the world's most popular payment processor: Stripe. It allows you to pay via Mastercard, Visa, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diner's Club, Bancontact, iDeal, Multibanco, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
