What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Carte Bleue, iDeal, Bancontact, Multibanco, Blik, EPS, American Express, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Is payment secure on your site?

Yes, your financial security is our priority and payment is guaranteed 100% secure. Your bank details or credit card information will never be communicated to us. All payments are protected by our encrypted 128-bit SSL payment processor. We do not accept checks at the moment.

Do I need to register to make my purchases?

No, registration is not mandatory. However, we recommend registering to facilitate your future purchases and to keep you informed of our latest news.

Order

When will I receive my order?

Processing your order takes about 24 hours, then the manufacturing of the products and delivery (free*) require a variable time from our team.

Our estimated delivery times are as follows:

I don't live in France, do you ship internationally?

We ship our products throughout Europe and beyond! Obviously, this may take longer than shipping to France.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

A confirmation message will be sent to the email address you provided us.

Discount codes

We only accept one single discount code per order.

Can I modify my order?

Yes, as long as your order is not "being processed".

Can I cancel my order?

Any order can be canceled within 12 hours from the customer's order time. After this period, your order will be processed and can no longer be canceled. Contact us to cancel if you are still within the time limit.

A fee of about 3% of the total amount (including shipping) applies to cancellations, covering our transaction costs. A minimum of €2 will be charged.

Note: if our team had to intervene on your order, for example due to an error in the address or buyer's name, the order is manually entered into the database and can no longer be canceled without fees.

Delivery times considered "too long" do not make your order eligible for cancellation or refund if they do not exceed 30 days from the order date, in strict compliance with current European laws.

After-sales service, returns and refunds

What should I do if my package is lost?

A problem with the Post? Lost or destroyed package?

With secure delivery, Artistika® handles disputes on your behalf. Your satisfaction is our priority. We do not pass the blame to the carrier by leaving you to "deal with it". We take full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense.

What should I do if I receive a non-compliant or damaged item?

If despite our vigilance you have received a damaged or non-compliant item, please accept our apologies.
We are of course committed to ensuring the return/exchange of the product as quickly as possible. To do this, we invite you to contact us.

I would like to return some items, what is the procedure?

Our items undergo very strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defects, please send us a photo of the product in question as well as a photo of the shipping label on the delivery package. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Several types of goods cannot be returned:

- Gift cards

- Intimate or hygienic goods, such as underwear, as well as earrings and other piercings to comply with the health standards set by the European Union.

I have received an import tax

Artistika® ships its products worldwide legally. However, the buyer is responsible for import taxes in their country, we disclaim all responsibility in case of national taxes.
